Belgian chocolate made from high quality cacao beans and other ingredients, with a greater percentage of cocoa butter, is more expensive but it tastes far superior and that is why we only use the finest imported Belgian Chocolate from Callebaut, who have been producing chocolate for more than 120 years. It is because we only use this fine quality chocolate that we are absolutely sure that we can compliment your special day with a special wedding cake everyone will talk about.
